2. Regulation
Driva Finance Limited (FRN 1039705) is an Appointed Representative of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 631736). We are a credit broker, not a lender, that introduces you to a financial provider to meet your finance demands and needs.

3. The Services We Provide
We will:
● Help you find suitable vehicle finance or other credit products by comparing lenders on our panel.
● Present available options to you based on the information you provide and lender criteria.
To do this, we utilise the information submitted by you about you and your funding requirements and submit the same to suitable lenders on our panel. We present to you the results from lenders who are willing to offer you credit. We work with several lenders to whom we present your funding requirements.
Important: We do not provide independent financial advice and/or recommendations about the suitability of credit products offered by the lenders on our panel. Information shown on our website is limited to the products offered by lenders on our panel. We do not provide debt counselling or debt adjustment services. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the lender’s assessment.
4. Which Lenders We Work With
We work with a carefully selected panel of lenders, including high street banks, specialist finance providers, and alternative lenders. We only offer products from our panel and do not consider all lenders in the market. The number of lenders we work with may vary depending
on your needs and circumstances. If certain lenders offer more favourable commercial terms to us, this will be disclosed to you.

5. Charges for Our Services
Driva Finance Limited act as a credit broker not a lender and we will receive a commission from lenders we work with, which may vary depending on the lender, product, loan amount, or your credit profile. We can introduce you to a panel of finance providers.
The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types. This may also mean that the more you borrow the more we receive. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services.
Any and all commission amounts we will receive from the finance provider will be fully disclosed to you before you enter into any agreement with a lender. You will be required to give your fully informed consent to our receipt of this commission. The payment we receive does not impact the finance rate you are offered by the lender.

● If resolved within 3 business days: you’ll receive a Summary Resolution Communication.
● Otherwise, we’ll send a written acknowledgement within 5 business days. ● We aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.

Complaints must be referred within 6 months of our final response.

7. Data Protection and Privacy
We process your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We may securely transfer and store your data in Australia, where our parent company Driva Pty Ltd operates. Safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place to ensure your data is protected to UK standards.

8. Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Credit broking is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Some finance products introduced through us may offer their own protection. Please ask your lender for details.
