Can make driving an EV 30–45% more affordable*
Salary sacrifice can make driving up to 45% cheaper than traditional car finance options such as PCP, Hire Purchase or PCH. Not only do you benefit from payments being deducted pre-tax, but both you and your employer save on National Insurance contributions.
With current government incentives for EVs, Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) tax is only 4% for the 2026/27 tax year, making electric vehicles significantly more affordable.
*Savings calculated from reduced income tax and NIC. Includes all interest and lease costs. Based on a £100,000 salary, 4-year lease, £50,000 vehicle, no downpayment, 7% interest, and a 50% residual.

What can we include in salary sacrifice?
With salary sacrifice, your lease payments and running costs - insurance, maintenance, servicing and breakdown cover - are bundled into a single payment taken from your pre-tax salary, so you pay less income tax and National Insurance and more of your Tesla is covered by money you'd otherwise lose to tax. Electric vehicles also attract the lowest company car tax available: just 4% Benefit-in-Kind for the 2026/27 tax year, against 25% or more for petrol and diesel, with rates published through to 2029/30 so you know where you stand for the life of your lease. There's no deposit to pay, and you choose your Tesla, your term and your annual mileage - we'll show you the exact net impact on your take-home pay before you commit.
